Returnable Items

You may return, refund, or exchange items within 30 days of receiving them, provided they meet the following criteria:

1. Faulty items that are damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.

2. Items received in the wrong size or colour.

3. Undamaged, unworn items that do not meet your expectations, within 30 days of receipt.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

1. Items outside the 30-day return window.

2. Damaged, worn, used, or misused items.

Notes: All returns must be authorized by our team through the Support Centre. Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will not be accepted.

 

Returns Process & Time-Frame

To avoid delays, please follow the steps below: 

1. If your item is eligible for return (as per the criteria above), please submit a ticket to our Support Centre with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form along with the return address.

3. Please return the item according to the instructions on the RMA form. Ensure you send us the tracking number and a valid return receipt as proof.

4. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will notify you via email and arrange an exchange or refund within 3 days. 

Please allow 3-6 business days for our after-sales team to process your request. After this, the following refund processing times apply: 

  • Credit card refunds: Please allow 7-14 business days for the transaction to process.
  • PayPal refunds: Please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.

 

Return Shipping Costs & Address 

We strive to offer services that benefit our loyal customers. For international returns, please contact us before sending any items back by submitting a ticket to obtain an RMA form with the relevant address.

  1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping fees for returns and exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the return shipping fees. We recommend using the most affordable registered airmail service available.
